Shocking and highly disappointing experience with @IndaneGasOnline and Hangsa Gas Agency, Hengrabari, Guwahati. I booked my LPG cylinder online for Consumer No. CX23318372 and made online payment of ₹962 against Order No. 2-005654144108. First I received confirmation of booking and payment.
Then suddenly two days before the delivery date, the order was cancelled stating “Booked by Mistake”.
Now refund message received saying refund will take 7 days. Why should consumers suffer due to agency negligence or manipulation? Despite repeated calls, the field officer is not answering calls. This kind of behaviour raises serious concerns of harassment of consumers and possible black marketing of LPG cylinders. Agency Details:
