Spoke with a couple from Columbus, OH. They paid $280k for a home in 2020 & that home is now $475,000. They got a 30 year, 3.75% mortgage. They now have 2 kids, need more space but a new home doubles their housing costs. ...They're trapped & millions are in this situation.

@DieHardMMAPod @ufc I think there is fair argument either way. Not sure there is even a definitive right answer here. But they have to call it one way or the other for betting purposes. Personally I’d say it’s a KO, but it’s also stopped mid submission so I don’t hate that call either.
