@GWRHelp got to the station to late to pick up a coffee so hoped to get one on the train. Have been on train 1 hour.. not seen a trolley.. so do you have catering on the 6.53 from Cardiff to London???

@GWRHelp this is the third train I’ve been on in as many weeks without an at seat trolley service. It’s not busy, no blocking of aisles.. can the team just not be bothered to push it through anymore!

@Nannon_Phillips Just book it online and choose a place to go to England. That’s what I did. Couldn’t be bothered waiting 5 mths for Welsh NHS to sort it out.. I’m eligible so was no issue. Wales have frequently got vaccine roll out wrong and don’t make it easy.

@tfwrail That doesn’t help when I am trying to catch a train to London from Cardiff. Honestly, it’s pretty much every week. It wasn’t like this before you changed the timetable in June?!? I got the train every week and it was on time and reliable….

@Dollydooby You can check this at gwr.com, based on what tickets are available for a particular train. If only Anytime tickets are available it's Peak. If Anytime and Off-Peak tickets are available it's Off-Peak. If all tickets show, it's Super Off-Peak - Kyle
