I wanted to gatekeep this when I first found it, but that would’ve been very selfish of me.
So here you go:
anthropic.skilljar.com
Anthropic just released a FREE, end-to-end training on how to turn AI into a real income stream.
It walks you through what to learn, how to think about AI tools, and how to position yourself to earn with them.
And yes, you get a certificate at the end.
You will be missing something big if you miss this wave.

Studying abroad is often painted as the ultimate dream: world-class education, new cities, and exciting opportunities. But what many people don’t talk about is everything that begins after the celebration.
The journey is rewarding, yes, but also stretching, humbling, and deeply formative in ways you don’t always anticipate.
In this article, Marvelous Adekanmi explores the unspoken challenges of studying abroad, from culture shock and academic pressure to unexpected costs, showing how these experiences shape resilience and growth.

@Theoladeledada This is good.
The greatest benefactors of this would be people that deeply understand fundamentals, can read and debug code.

In January, I posted about a platform called “Mercor”.
For this platform: You apply once and get matched with real, paying clients.
Mercor is a remote talent platform that connects researchers, survey takers, reviewers, annotators, global professionals, developers, designers, and more with startups and companies.
You apply once, then get matched with real, paying clients.
Here is a step-by-step guide to get started:
📌 Create an airtight, standout profile—this is what gets you noticed.
🔖 Create a strong CV (you can pay a pro for this).
📚 Add all your past experience.
✅ Upload projects (GitHub, gigs).
🧰 Include tools you’re great at (React, Figma, Notion, Scribe, etc.).
✅ Be remote-ready: stable lighting, reliable data (Mifi/modem/router if possible), good phone/PC for recordings.
📩 Stay responsive on email.
📌 Go to the “Opportunities” section on the dashboard.
✅ Be strategic—don’t apply to every task, especially if you’re not a good fit.
🛑 Only apply for jobs you’re qualified for.
✅ Read each job description fully and tailor your application where possible.
✅ You can tweak your application to fit the job/task (don’t overdo it sha 😆).
📌 Invitations come via email or the dashboard, followed by an interview.
A Talent Manager will screen you (15–30 mins).
Possible questions include:
✍️ Intro: "Tell me about yourself"
✍️ Questions on your experience
✍️ Tools used
✍️ Remote setup (speed test is important)
✍️ Expected salary / availability
✍️ What tools do you use daily?
✍️ How comfortable are you working at XYZ time of day?
📌 Client Interview (Final Round)
When shortlisted, you’ll meet the actual hiring company through Mercor.
This is where you:
• Discuss your approach to work
• Pitch your past results
• Talk about goals, tools, culture fit
• Ask smart questions about the role
🎯 What They Look For
🗣️ Clear communication (especially async)
📝 Results over titles
⏰ Time zone compatibility (not an issue if you can work late nights, which is daytime there)
✅ Ownership mindset
📍 Tools & apps you should be familiar with:
• Zendesk
• Slack
• Notion
• Figma (for design/product roles)
• GitHub
• Zoom/Google Meet
• Jira, Asana, Trello
After the interview, expect a response within 3–7 days.

Proudly Naija: MT Scholar Dr. Ademola Adesokan Appointed Assistant Professor in the US
MT Scholarships proudly celebrates Dr. Ademola Adesokan on his appointment as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Central Arkansas in 2025; a significant milestone in an outstanding academic and professional journey.
Dr. Ademola earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from the Federal University Dutsin-Ma, Katsina State, graduating with First-Class Honors and an exceptional CGPA of 4.83/5.00. He subsequently pursued a Master’s degree in Computer Science at the American University of Beirut, Lebanon.
A defining highlight of his academic career was completing his PhD in Computer Science at the Missouri University of Science and Technology (Missouri S&T) in just two and a half years. An Oyo State indigene, Dr. Adesokan emerged as the first graduate of the Kummer Innovation and Entrepreneurship (I&E) Doctoral Fellows Program. He was also awarded the prestigious Kummer Doctoral Achievement Award and Medal in recognition of his exceptional scholarly performance.
Central to his doctoral research is DisFact, an automated system designed to identify, verify, and route critical disaster-related information to relevant agencies, helping to reduce misinformation and improve response times during emergencies. This innovation earned him the National Science Foundation (NSF) Spirit of I-Corps Award in 2024.
Dr. Adesokan’s journey exemplifies the power of academic excellence, access to opportunity, and purposeful, impact-driven research. MT Scholarships celebrates this remarkable achievement and looks forward to the continued global impact of his work.

I remain deeply grateful to everyone who continues to support this initiative, including partners who have chosen to contribute quietly and remain anonymous.

New course: Document AI: From OCR to Agentic Doc Extraction, built with @LandingAI, where I'm executive chairman, and taught by David Park and Andrea Kropp.
Much of the world's data is locked in PDFs, JPEGs, and other documents. This short course shows you how to build agentic workflows that process documents accurately: breaking them into parts, examining each piece carefully, and extracting information through multiple iterations.
Traditional Optical Character Recognition (OCR) captures text but loses context from table headers, chart captions, or reading order of columns. After exploring OCR's limitations, you’ll use LandingAI's Agentic Document Extraction (ADE) framework to process documents. ADE treats pages as visually -- as images -- to parse information and extract fields.
Skills you'll gain:
- Build agents to convert unstructured files into structured Markdown/HTML and JSON
- Use ADE to parse complex data like forms, handwriting, or equations
- Map extracted information to named fields using a specified schema, with bounding boxes for grounding and validation
- Deploy RAG applications with event-driven document processing
Come learn about the best tools for processing documents like financial invoices, medical records, or academic papers intelligently:

Prayers Points from Baba Adeboye (WOFBEC 2026)
1) My father which art in heaven, colonize me. Grab my tongue, so I can begin to pray correctly, praise GOD correctly, witness correctly and speak the truth in love.
2) LORD, Colonize me so that when people see me, they'll see JESUS.
3) Colonize me o GOD that I may be able to do things that you do and also do greater things.
4) LORD, if I ask for independence, don't grant it, because I want to remain connected to you.
