What is going on with the MMR in Valorant? It has been like this for 1-2 months. 25%+ of my students have abysmal gain / losses In this specific case, they would need a 58.97% W/L just to MAINTAIN rank. For reference, Rank #1 player "Smoke" has a 60% winrate in V25A5 for rank #1 (1,000+ RR)

Jestem w Lolu dosyć nowy i może wcześniej nie rozumiałem, jak bardzo ten ekosystem potrafi być prowadzony bez myślenia o organizacjach. Do późnych informacji o slotach i zasadach można się jeszcze „przyzwyczaić” choć to w praktyce oznacza, że nie da się nic planować, ani sportowo, ani marketingowo. Ale harmonogram EMEA Masters w tym sezonie to już jest kompletny absurd. Całe EMEA ma trwać UWAGA… 7 dni. Od Play-In aż do końca Playoff. To brzmi jak żart, biorąc pod uwagę, że EMEA Masters to najważniejsze rozgrywki dla ERL. Walczysz dwa miesiące w lidze, która i tak często nie buduje odpowiednich emocji, bo mniej więcej wiadomo, jak ułoży się top ligi, a samo miejsce w sezonie zasadniczym nie daje realnej wartości po czym dostajesz tydzień „maratonu”, który ma być nagrodą i ukoronowaniem sezonu. Czy ktoś jest w stanie wyobrazić sobie Ligę Europy albo Ligę Konferencji, która trwa 7 dni? W tym czasie nie da się nawet sensownie poprowadzić social mediów, zbudować narracji, zrobić promocji, aktywacji czy wartości dla sponsorów. Czasami kwalifikacje w CS trwają dłużej niż EMEA Masters. Jeżeli jesteśmy organizacją, która realnie walczy o mistrzostwo i dla której priorytetem jest zagranie na EMEA, to taka forma tych rozgrywek wygląda jak coś, czego nikt nie traktuje poważnie. A przecież powinno być odwrotnie, EMEA Masters powinno być wizytówką ERL.

I’m grateful for every player, staff member, and fan who was part of this journey. We shared some incredible moments, learned through the difficult ones, and built memories I’ll carry with me for a long time. I still believe deeply in this roster and the people behind it. @temets Neon shouldn't ever be added to this game but Riot will never admit that they fucked up.

They actually killed Neon movement with this update its so sad. Her core mechanics should not have been touched at all it feels awful to play her now its so slow. Her entire identity as an agent has been destroyed and it feels like a very rushed/quick fix to make the community stop complaining about Neon. I understand that Neon did need a nerf but this was overkill. Not only was her in-air movement nerfed you don't even get a refresh on your fuel with kills. All of these nerfs with no re-work or adding utility back i.e slide/stun. Furthermore, Sentinels are getting a buff which would fix most of the problems with Neon. Also other duelists getting nerfed like Yoru/Waylay made her pickrate go up and made her look like a bigger problem. Instead of nerfing her movement speed, its already a good balance not getting your fuel back on kills. That was the main issue in my opinion. I would also prefer to go back to pre-buff neon slide if it meant I could keep the air-speed. Neons slide is what people complain about the most when it comes to her utility. The shotguns are also still not nerfed enough with Neon. An easy improvement would be to make the pullout time after sliding the same as operator so you can't instantly shoot mid slide. Her slide is still very good post-nerf and so is her ult. I'd like to see a nerf to her ult to balance out her kit more and that would make adding her air-speed back make more sense. I know it's hard to balance agents in VALORANT especially Neon. I just hope that we could find a good balance that isn't just cutting her legs off.

During yesterday’s match vs Sentinels, there seems to be quite a bit of drama surrounding the tech pauses that occurred during Breeze and Lotus. Just wanted to give some clarification since the public probably can’t see/hear what’s being said during the match. Breeze (2nd Map) Tech Pause - Mada’s PC crashed 10sec after round start, which immediately lead to us asking our admin for a Tech Pause. We also typed in Party Chat to let Sentinels know DIRECTLY that we have an issue and we cannot play. A couple of seconds later we start dying one by one to Sentinels’ players running around the map. I’ve never seen that before, so I ask our admin for clarification on why they’re moving during a Tech Pause. Reason: Round timer still running, Tech Pause isn’t/wasn’t in effect yet. Lotus (3rd Map) Tech Pause - Sentinel’s PC crashed around 10sec after round start. Sentinels’ player types they crashed in party chat. I ask my admin during the round multiple times if this is a tech pause, I received no answer or any words from our admin for the remainder of the round (1m40s) so I continued to move. Hopefully that clears things up 👍
