Police get called as woman says her facebook friends are gonna pay for her pizza. ​ The St. Augustine Police Department responded to a call at 900 Degrees Wood-Fired Pizza regarding a customer who refused to pay her bill. What started as a straightforward transaction dispute quickly turned into an unforgettable interaction. ​When officers arrived, the suspect—identified as Danielle—offered a rotating door of justifications for why she couldn’t settle her $53.78 tab for food and Heineken: ​She claimed her phone was missing or without Wi-Fi, but argued that if given access, she could post on Facebook to have friends—or country music star Morgan Wallen—pay her tab. ​She insisted her ex-boyfriend or mother could cover the bill later, though officers later learned from family that she had allegedly pulled a similar trick at a local bar the night before. ​To try and sway the officers, she claimed her father served 44 years in the NYPD and later asserted that she herself was a retired 20-year NYPD veteran. ​After repeatedly giving her the opportunity to pay or locate a legitimate payment method right then and there, officers informed her she was under arrest. The situation took another wild turn when she made a comment claiming to have a weapon hidden on her person, forcing deputies to pause, perform a pat-down search, and verify everyone's safety before securing her. ​Danielle was ultimately taken into custody and charged with Defrauding an Innkeeper. I'm sure her Facebook friends are eternally grateful.

Dude catches his wife on camera cheating with another dude and the argument with his wife is so loud that both of them end up in jail. Officers with the Pekin Police Department in Illinois responded to a residential neighborhood following reports of a severe domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, officers spoke with a concerned neighbor before hearing loud yelling coming from an attached garage at the house the neighbor pointed out. Opening the door, police discovered a man named Terry and a female subject in a heated verbal altercation, surrounded by their concerned children. ​When officers attempted to intervene and separate the pair, both individuals actively resisted commands. The situation escalated rapidly as Terry confronted police, leading to a prolonged struggle in the garage and on the front lawn that required multiple officers to apprehend him. When they finally calmed Terry down he admitted that this all started because he caught his wife of 25 years having an affair with a black guy and it was all on their nest camera system. Both adults were ultimately handcuffed as officers worked to de-escalate the scene and comfort the emotional children, who were safely placed in the temporary care of their grandmother. ​Male Subject (Terry): Charged with Domestic Battery, Resisting Arrest, and Assault on a Peace Officer ​Female Subject: Charged with Domestic Battery and Obstruction of Justice Their cases are still ongoing in the court.
