Friendly suggestion @JtB_easy: some self-reflection. When you hold your bag out to benefit from the exhaustive work of defrauded investors, think maybe it wasn't a good idea to tell the XTDs, people who have ruthlessly attacked harmed shareholders and actively engaged in obstruction of transparency and resolution, that "you guys were right about everything."
Yep, we heard that.
If the #XTDs are "right about everything," they should have no fear of transparency, no fear of any resolution occurring. Nothing to resolve, because they are "right about everything." Nothing here, move along, right?!?
Yet they continue their persistent attacks (many of whom hold no shares and some whose long shares may be a hedge for a larger short position) for 3+ years attempting to discredit harmed investors. Taking every opportunity to dissuade advocates like @cvpayne @JamesOKeefeIII @DanNewsManBall @annvandersteel @denniskneale @kshaughnessy2 who dare to lend their voices to our fighty.
Let transparency drag the truth into the light. If they are right, let them gloat. Swim around in it until their fingers are all pruney. Enjoy it! But, that is just not what they do...
No worries. The MMTLP Army knows who is right. We are calling for the truth regarding the unresolved settlement issues resulting from FINRA's U3 Trading Halt. Despite all their efforts, they can't stop what is coming.

SIDE NOTE: Wouldn't it be interesting if NBH got discovery on UL, RRC and SEC via their tortious interference case against @EnergyCredit1, and prove that in addition to Davies, XTDs were the "trapped short sellers" who contacted them??? Based upon this exchange, the @SECGov reached-out to my office to inform me that this is currently under investigation. I proudly joined my colleagues in demanding MMTLP transparency back in 2023 and I thank the Trump admin–SEC for fighting to ensure that this issue is resolved. We will continue to monitor the situation.

FOIAs already show FINRA was treating MMAT / MMTLP as a fraud/manipulation matter while actively blue-sheeting both. During that same window, settlement-critical language was revised after DTCC discussions - without issuer participation. Shareholders were left frozen. Obligations unresolved. Transparency limited. That’s not speculation. That’s the record.
