@DoorDash_Help Hi. I need help with an order and your automated response is not fixing the issue. This has to do with one of your Dashers and it may be important when it comes to food and/or customer safety.




@DoorDash_Help I’m glad you don’t condone it, but can you clarify your policy regarding orders with a discount being cancelled? I reordered the exact same item and was not able to use the discount, despite not getting the first order. In app support would not compensate the extra I had to spend

@DoorDash @DoorDash_Help I'm completely disappointed by you guys. I received my order opened and couldn't even eat it, Because i'm scared to what the driver might have done. And it took 40mins. So the food is cold anyway. You guys are refusing a refund.
