2/ My answer has always been the same, I do nothing w/ my funds, I accept inflation. Small amts on exchanges+lev to trade. Real banks and multiple hardware wallets for funds. Signing up to banks + a couple $100 hardware wallets is a small price to pay to protect your livelihood.
