In SFV a character "not having a throw loop" did not mean "if they dash up after throw they are +1, so while you can mash on throw making it not a real loop, it's still a guess" It meant "if they dash after a throw they are -4 minimum and you can punish them"

@DosPepsi @imti_blue I'm sorry to tell you but they make self-aware jokes all the time in Dragon Ball for instance a ton about their hair colors or transformations barely changing. Why would you assume different this time heck they even make jokes about some names/appearances sometimes.
