Σήμερα αποκαλύφθηκε ότι οι τρομοκράτες της Χαμάς κατά την επίθεση της 7ης Οκτωβρίου είχαν στην κατοχή τους χάρτες με σημειωμένες τις ταχυδρομικές διευθύνσεις των σπιτιών αξιωματικών των Ισραηλινών Ενόπλων Δυνάμεων. Θυμίζουμε την υπόθεση του καταδικασθέντος για κατασκοπεία μουσουλμάνου Μεχμέτ Μποσταντζή, ο οποίος στρατολογήθηκε από τις τουρκικές υπηρεσίες λόγω της επαγγελματικής του ιδιότητας ως φωτογράφου (που του παρείχε ιδανική κάλυψη για την δράση του σε ολόκληρη τη βόρειο Ελλάδα) και στην κατοχή του βρέθηκαν μεταξύ άλλων κοντινές λήψεις των στελεχών της 71ης Αερομεταφερόμενης Ταξιαρχίας και όλων των Αξιωματικών από την Στρατιωτική Παρέλαση της 28ης Οκτωβρίου 2008 στη Θεσσαλονίκη.

Hamas Crisis Actor pretends to be a victim of an Israeli air strike- appearing in a hospital bed while pretending to be in a critical condition as two supporting actors hold his hand. In reality, the man is a Hamas musician and actor who has been appearing in various videos for the terror group. One video he is seen celebrating in the streets as Hamas fire rockets towards Israel. In another video he can be seen ‘crying’ after claiming his apartment was hit by an airstrike. And in another video he is seen singing while brandishing a gun while praising Hamas.

Is it always him? The one who shouted "Allah Akbar" while Hamas rockets flew towards Israel, the one who was seen in uniform holding an automatic weapon and who cried in an air raid shelter? An endless soap opera.

I get asked a lot about gym anxiety… So, you want to get in shape? That’s great. You head off to the gym and walk through those double doors only to be hit with anxiety from the sounds of machines moving, weights clanking, and a space full of in-shape sweaty people blasting music working out. You may think that somehow you don’t belong. These people have been working out for so long. Of course they’ll realize you don’t know how to use the machines, or will notice you picking up the lightest weight, or will get annoyed with you having to ask for help right? I know because that was me. Everyone was new to the gym once. Everyone had their first day not knowing much or anything about working out or the rules of the gym. That not only means that this fear is natural, it means that everyone else in that gym can relate to you. They were once in your shoes too! The majority of the gym community is happy to help you figure out a machine if you ask nicely, and will welcome anyone coming in to start working hard to better themselves. And guess what, the more you show up, the more those people will notice. Before you know it, you’ll be smiling and nodding at the familiar faces in the gym everyday and they will root for you as your demeanor and physique begin to change. Then, a few months down the road, someone will walk through those gym doors just like you did, nervous at seeing all those in-shape people, and you’ll be able to understand what they are going through and pay your warm welcome forward to them. That’s what the gym community is all about. It’s a brother and sisterhood. Be brave, work hard, and we can all make the gym and the world a more welcoming place for all.
