@CotswoldCo how many times is it acceptable to let a customer down? Is 4 too many? Waited once again for a delivery and they just didn't turn up. 2nd time this has happened, 1st 2 times faulty goods. No other company has let us down like this. #poorcustomerservice #stillwaiting

@AskNationwide We are making this public until we get a response and the issue is sorted. There can't be other people with the same name with a swift complaint. It is diabolical how this has been handled. We have been patient enough.

@AskNationwide I am not sending a DM. We have raised this to a number of people over the last 6 months. The complaints team said response by 27 Dec. We are still waiting. Why would sending a DM make any difference.

@AskNationwide Just ask the central complaints team to respond to Michael Severn as they promised. We are fed up chasing this Swift payment for the last 6 months. The Banking Obudsmen is our next stop if this is not resolved in the next few days.

Wrestling heavy, uncooperative limbs into clothing & between wheelchairs & commodes is tricky to say the least @bealiesaw joggers & and-able.com sweatshirts have definitely helped. Laura's managing mouthfuls of soup & yoghurt, she's sleeping a lot, I miss her voice.

@premierinn we are trying to book 4 nights at your Tunbridge Wells Hotel but keeps saying payment problem. Is their a problem with the booking sites? We have tried different cards to no avail.

My god. He tried his best to get an ambulance, repeatedly calling 999 to report mum was having trouble breathing. His final call is to tell the call-handler it was too late. This is appalling. My heart goes out to this poor family. She was 56. How could this happen?

I’m moving on Thursday/Friday into my new house and I’ve done nothing. I’m feeling so overwhelmed and low at the moment that every tiny task seems impossible. Even having a shower is a challenge. I feel physically and mentally exhausted all the time.

@grantshapps If you are confident about the decision making process for which countries go on which list, explain why India can go Amber and Turkey can't. I have understood previously but this particular decision makes a mockery. Transparency around this decision needs to be given.
