@DrewDavenportFF He was in a roll over crash. That makes the likelihood of confusion symptoms between a closed head injury and impairment. A very common mistake by police. I'm not saying he wasn't impaired here because I think he was. But, it's easy cross-examination material for the defense.

Couple other things:
- The kneeling was interesting - zero balance issues, rock solid stance
- Not all officers are Drug Recognition Experts (DREs) - you have to be trained for that - it’s not the same as doing HGN for alcohol
- His speech doesn’t sound slurred or impaired whatsoever
This raises lots of questions in my opinion.

As a defense attorney I’d have a field day at the Motion to Suppress with this video.
It might be one of the worst HGN tests l (moving stimulus in front of his eyes) I’ve ever seen - officer has no clue how to do it.

He's not wrong. There are solutions. The @PIAASports needs to step up and engage in finding them. It needs to be a level playing field, that's all.

All these public schools who want to run from the smoke by making separate section away from “non-boundary schools” are cowardly to me. If you want to be the best, you have to beat the best. Simple as that. I applaud the public schools who aren’t afraid of playing anyone.

@mwhiteburgh I love that people still complain about this. Each system has their own advantages. Private schools don’t have feeder systems with kids who have been playing together since they were in 1st grade.
Maybe have better coaches that develop the young kids, and keep them interested?

Just sayin’. In the past two years, 11 of the 12 boys basketball state champs have been either Catholic, private or charter schools. Only exception Central Dauphin. And it’s 16 of 18 in three years.

Brooks Koepka is returning to the PGA Tour through a new “Returning Member Program.” He has already committed to playing the Farmers Open and the WM Phoenix Open. This is a temporary pathway that allows players to return if they have been off the PGA Tour for two years and have won a major or a Players Championship between 2022-2025. The LIV players eligible for this program are Bryson DeChambeau, Jon Rahm and Cam Smith.

@DougMarsico Sometimes, teams will stack defenses BACK TO BACK. They'll call one and follow it with another in case first one failed. When they ran a wheel the first time, I actually would have expected a wheel pick or a fake wheel the second time. But, that's me probably overthinking it.😉

If Castellanos fakes going to 3rd and retreats…that’s chess!!! He wasn’t forced. You rarely see the Wheel Play in a non forced situation.
