For a more fair comparison you perhaps should consider any capital gains tax she accumulated up to year 10 (from investing her distributions). But your point is well made - looking ahead to tax brackets. Even better if their parent didn't have income the past few years they could have Roth converted some (without hitting the first tax bracket) and both kids could have received some Roth (for 10 years). Just thinking out loud.

@miriamkdaniel @googlemaps Can you at least get it to stay zoomed when I zoom in the map? Frustrating that it doesn't lock and instead unzooms. Also, often the street names don't appear on the map. 🎶 I've been through the dessert on a street with no name, it felt good to get out of the rain 🎶🎶

📍Boston, Massachusetts 🇺🇸 Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood is one of the most ambitious urban engineering projects in American history — it was literally built from scratch. In the 1850s, the area was a tidal marsh. Over 30 years, the city filled it in with gravel hauled by train from the suburbs, creating entirely new land block by block. The thousands of Victorian brownstones you see here were then built on top of what was once the ocean floor.

Would be great material for a commercial. A variant is where an older couple that helps their adult children buy a Y. Adult daughter says to her Mom "I know what you did. You convinced me with the ecology benefits and XXX (my husband) with the performance (acceleration, handling, sound system) but you really wanted us to get a Tesla so your grandkids would be safer (top vehicle safety & FSD)" The mom just smiles warmly and says "well, it worked on your father" as they look at the parents' 3 next to the kids Y. Daughter says as she hugs her mom "i know. And I am happy you and dad can keep your car independence while being safely driven" Makes so much sense for the whole family.

That's right! I recently bought a Model Y Juniper specifically for FSD. I am 82 and my driving reactions are not as quick as years ago. My wife had taken to white-knuckling the panic bar on her door when I drove. With FSD and me still "behind the wheel" she's totally calm. We are just completing a round trip from Tucson to Starbase and other points in Texas (about 1800 miles). 98% is all FSD on all kinds of roads. And, oh yeah. it's electric too. Total charging costs for the rtip are less that $225.

All I have read online is the the white is amazingly easy to effectively clean. Baby wipes, etc. even for wine and such. Suggestion is to have an AI tool like Grok summarize the internet collective thought on white interiors of Teslas - particularly door handles with high touching with likely dirty hands. It is a good concern to have.

RIP Lauren Chapin, the youngest child on Father Knows Best. She had a rough life being sexually abused by her father and pushed into acting by her alcoholic mother. Her life fell apart at 14 after the show went of the air. Chapin spent nearly two decades in crisis addicted to heroin, working as a call girl, was in prison for check forgery, had stints in psychiatric facilities until she said she became a born again Christian and evangelical minister. She raised millions of dollars to help abused children and gave religious testimonials about suffering and endurance. May Lauren rest in peace. 🙏
