This explains why KASH said Comey investigation took 10 months before he was charged. They sorted through all of his communications but had to sort which are privileged; these cannot be shown to the grand jury. More to come!

Needs to be sorted by a taint team first. Once the trial team sees the information, they are tainted and must be replaced. Privileged material should not ever reach the trial team, and it can't be shown to the GJ. If that happens, the case needs to begin again with a new GJ.
