People and overthinking this agency thing. Get 3-4 of your friends. Assign one graphic designer. Assign one video editor. Assign one social media manager. Assign another as operations/ads/tech etc you decide. Now you’re a team and each of them gets paid 250k each. Register an LLC and look clean as a US operation. Go out there and find foreign businesses and offer them full stack marketing services for $2k. Just try to reach out to legit businesses and put some work into it. Make it simple for yourself and stop overthinking like you’re about to do.

I had some bank issues, so I ended up paying my staff salaries today. None of them acknowledged or said thank you except my house cleaner. I didn’t even see it as a big deal (especially since I added a lil extra for the inconvenience),one still asked if I had increased her salary

😩😩 Aduke you will be dragged . For myself whenever I receive salary I always acknowledge my superior regardless of when I’m paid. I notice most of my workers would never acknowledge, it pains me sometimes 😂 I have corrected some but others would never acknowledge . This doesn’t stop me from acknowledging mine though.
