I REALLY like the combat in Crimson Desert
Its nothing like the RPG AC games, it has a major focus on running enemies down in creative ways rather than being too challenging, it shines in big group fights much more than 1v1 combat
Especially love how tough the finishers feel!

@ALegendaryDrops The main thing is that the controls aren’t like other games and it uses button combinations too often. Then the camera is bar far the worst offender. Often times being too high during combat so you can’t even see what is going on.

I love your dedication to systems but ya'll are wild as fuck when it comes to controls and you need to handle it.

@Rurikhan It was almost the same game as the first one (story included) with even less gameplay elements. They took away certain combos and even halted they moves you could hav equipped.

There was a time 2-3 years ago where a game world of this size would’ve gotten me so excited.

Crimson Desert world is so massive and diverse, it took John Linneman from Digital Foundry roughly 4 hours of traversal and exploration to go from the opening village to the desert. He also noted that he hasn't felt this need to explore since RDR2 and Breath of the Wild.

Blight: Survival is an upcoming medieval zombies game with its entire premise being Knights taking on Zombies and it looks freaking sick

@GermanStrands Honestly? Not at all anymore, I reckon the game will run well but I think the concern should be bugs now since previewers mentioned broken quests at their preview, I think that's more worthy of concern tbh, hoping its nothing too bad at launch and day 1 patch gets most of them
