This bill is no doubt unconstitutional: it allows husbands to void final court orders & settlement agreements. & it makes 50-50 custody automatic, denying children the right to have a judge determine what's best for them. In 2016 Scott vetoed a bill because of mandatory 50/50

A terrible idea. As bad as some judges may be, most try their best on the facts of individual cases. One-size-fits-all rules by legislators who know nothing about specific cases are usually paid for by donors who don't want to pay alimony or child support or don't deserve custody
