No woman with CAIS is competing in Olympics.
They are physically weaker than most women. Their bones are also weaker than most.
A woman with PAIS it is possible depending on severity.

@bowlikebombs @wrensayschilll Men with Klinefelter Syndrome do not grow female breasts, they may develop gynecomastia, which only occurs in males - in fact over 30% of men aged 50+ without a DSD, develop gynecomastia due to age related decreases in testosterone, they aren't 'intersex', nor 'female'.
