All I want to do is pay off the balance. Literally give money to @HSBC_UK ! But apparently telling me how much I owe is far too difficult.

How difficult is it to send a credit card closing balance statement. Impossible if you’re @HSBC_UK . Customer Services say talk to the branch, the branch say talk to Customer Services!

@JolyonMaugham Been keeping hens in an urban setting for 14 years - foxes live in next door’s garden. Never lost a hen to them nor retaliated. All you’ve done is make room for another fox to move in and take over the territory. Beef up your run security & live & let live.
