AFCON na Migogoro ya Uongozi Afrika: Tafsiri ya Sheria Inapochukua Nafasi ya Ukweli Haki na Busara. Uamuzi wa Shirikisho la Soka Afrika (CAF) kuinyang’anya Senegal ubingwa wa Kombe la Mataifa ya Afrika (AFCON) 2025 na kuutunuku Morocco utaingia katika historia kama moja ya matukio ya kutatanisha zaidi katika michezo barani Afrika. Si kwa sababu sheria imetekelezwa, bali kwa sababu katika kudai kuitekeleza, CAF imeonekana kubadili ukweli na kuuweka katika kile kinachoweza kuitwa hali ya kisheria iliyobuniwa (legal fiction). Tuwe wazi kuhusu ukweli. Senegal haikuacha mchezo kwa maana ya kawaida inayotambulika katika soka. Sheria hutumika si tu kurekebisha vijana, bali kuthibitisha mamlaka juu yao. Kukomoa. Hatua ya muda mfupi ya Senegal kutoka uwanjani, iwe ilikuwa sahihi au la, ilikuwa ni changamoto kwa mamlaka. Jibu la CAF likawa si la kukosoa kwa kutoa adhabu stahiki, bali kufuta matokeo ya mchezo na kuwakomoa vijana. Itambulike kwamba nguvu ya mashindano yoyote iko si tu katika sheria zake, bali katika imani kwamba sheria hizo zitatumika kwa haki na kwa kuendana na ukweli na busara.
