@sixersthoughts @mhc_76 Gemini agrees roughly 10-15. Kyler, Russ, Jameis, Mahomes, Shaq Thompson, AJ Brown, Kohl Levao, and Felipe Franks were all listed

@mhc_76 Broncos are getting outs for sure. Of 53 players, im sure some have played baseball at a collegiate level. They'd lose every game, but more like 40/50-0 than 200-0

Today, a new quantum ticker is born. $XNDU (@XanaduAI) closed its SPAC merger and begins trading as $XNDU in the next session. It’s the first publicly listed photonic quantum computing company. Canadian. Led and founded by Christian Weedbrook. Photonics is the road less traveled - room temperature operation (well, partially), telecom-native qubits, and potentially easier scaling. The trade-off is loss rates need to be reduced substantially to get this all to work. This company is not about small or intermediate scale devices and demonstrations, it’s all about the big prize of fault tolerant quantum computing. Welcome to the public markets 👀

@amarchenkova NVIDIA isn’t a player in quantum. Their team is weak because Jensen knows quantum is a decade plus away

Quantum was barely mentioned in NVIDIA GTC keynote this year. Does that mean quantum is dead?? 💀 I caught up with Sam Stanwyck, Director of Quantum Product, and learned there were actually over 40 quantum ecosystem partner announcements at GTC this year. There were 9 quantum companies in attendance in the expo hall, bringing their hardware to show off, some integrated into the NVIDIA rack display. I can see the future of Quantum-HPC data centers! Here are just some of the announcements ⬇️

Very big quantum computing news out of Google — effectively acknowledging superconducting systems are very difficult to scale qubits counts. Google has opened a new program looking at neutral atoms. Neutral atoms have a lot of promise. $INFQ is the leading listed company building upon this platform. Read into that what you will.

Google Quantum AI is expanding to include neutral atom research with our superconducting program. Complementary paths will accelerate our mission to build a large-scale, error-corrected quantum computer—an engineering challenge we are excited to tackle. goo.gle/40TycSV

@MarvenzzFranc How long will it take one of their systems to break a single 2048 bit number? What will the system run time be?

$IONQ will be the first to crack modern encryption 👀
TechInnovation@TechInnovationz

$IonQ CFO/COO Inder Singh at the Cantor Global Technology Conference. March 11. Here’s what stood out from the full transcript. Oxford Ionics 256-qubit update: → Chip tape-outs A, B, C completed. D in progress and “going well.” → Beyond that: 10,000 qubits, then 20,000. The roadmap is set. Gen 6 quantum computer being finalized this year for next-year deployments. Gen 7 already on the books. On integration as we tracked with the Petrina Zaraszczak hiring back in February Inder confirms acquisitions are now “successfully integrated from a common denominator standpoint.” Engineering integration is the next phase. On encryption: the Department of War expects cracking within 3 years. Inder adds that RSA-2048 requires roughly 4,000 logical qubits. His exact words: “look at our roadmap and do your own math.” IonQ claims one of the world’s largest quantum application development teams. The pitch: having the iPhone is nice. Having the App Store with it is better. Revenue split: 30%+ international, 60%+ commercial. Guidance midpoint $235M this year. Worth noting: this conference was hosted by Cantor Fitzgerald the same firm advising IonQ on the $1.8B SkyWater acquisition, as the S-4 filing from last week confirms. Cambridge University partnership announced that same morning quantum computer + network connecting Oxford and Cambridge. $3B+ cash. No debt. No incumbent to displace. 🔗 s28.q4cdn.com/828571518/file… $SKYT #IonQ #QuantumComputing

On the morning of September 11, 2001, Lt. Heather Penney was flying training missions out of Andrews Air Force Base when the radio crackled with words that changed everything: America was under attack. By the time she landed, the Twin Towers had been struck, the Pentagon was burning just miles away, and another hijacked plane was headed straight for Washington. She and her commanding officer were ordered back into the air immediately. There was only one problem—their F-16s were loaded for training, not combat. No live missiles. No real ammunition. The order came through her headset anyway: stop that aircraft by any means necessary. Heather understood what that meant. If they found the plane, they would have to ram it. A deliberate collision. No ejection. No survival. Her commander said, “I’ll take the cockpit. You take the tail.” There was a pause, and then her reply: “Roger that.” She launched into the sky, breaking the sound barrier over Washington, the shockwaves rolling across a frightened city. As she climbed, her mind raced—not with fear, but with questions no training could answer. Where do you aim? How do you make sure it ends fast? How do you accept that this is your last flight? She searched for United Flight 93, knowing that if she found it, she would not be coming home. But she never did. Two hundred miles away, the passengers had already made their stand, and the plane went down in a Pennsylvania field. Heather flew patrol for hours afterward, guarding a sky already saved by ordinary people who refused to be weapons. When she finally landed, her crew chief was crying. He hadn’t expected to see her again. Neither had she.

Keep in mind, modern American men are the heaviest in human history and that translates to strength if you lift. There’s probably more than one 18yo kid at my local high school who could outlift every single guy in an average Roman legionary. Just because they’re 6’3 & 265.
Max@minordissent

I still cannot believe that hitting intermediate lifts puts you in the top 5% of strength levels across all men. It is truly insane how physically weak men are today.

It blows my mind that $IONQ's market cap is only 14B now Getting really undervalued for a hypergrowth company expected to reach $1B+ revenue next year with near 100% growth and likely 500M net income by 2029
