One of the blue #sharks we tagged off Cornwall 12 days ago was given a SPOT tag, which reports to satellites when it comes near the surface. We hadn't heard from her since then, but last night she checked in, over 2000 miles away off the Canary Islands! Extraordinary!! 🦈

We had a great day yesterday on the Calf of Man with @Microgaming taking down the decoy puffins for this season. The trip was planned in March to install the decoys but better late than never. Thanks to @Microgaming for their support with this project.

The results of yesterday's daylight hours Puffin watch are in. There were 1435 deliveries to the plot, more than on any monitored day in the last 12 years! 14 deliveries were stolen by gulls, nine by Jackdaws, so Pufflings were fed 1412 times
