You don’t “ascend” when you start peptides. You just become a more optimized version of your current habits. If those habits suck… so will the result.

@gregogallagher the biggest incentive should be just bettering yourself. take pride in your body, you should WANT to look good. I don’t get how people walk around all fat and ugly and are content with that.

what does it ACTUALLY take to destroy your competition and humiliate your enemies? - 200mg modafinil - 50mg bromantane - 500mg citicholine - 1000mg l tyrosine - obsession - neurodivergence - years of consistency - actual hatred of mediocrity - disgustingly high energy levels - the belief that even losses are wins - an irrationally rational belief you'll win don't overcomplicate it.

Retatrutide makes fat loss easy - which is the problem. I’ve used reta for 18+ months to cut and bulk. 8 lessons from using retatrutide the wrong way (#6 is the real game changer tbh) 1. Using reta to restrict as hard as possible is dumb

there's a russian compound that kills anxiety WITHOUT the fog or the crash they give it to hyperactive 6 year olds it's called pantogam GABA bolted onto vitamin B5. on the russian market since 1979 it works on your GABA-B receptors, takes the edge off, and it's mildly activating on top of that so the anxiety lifts and you don't get drowsy your head goes quiet enough to actually sit and work over here we put wired kids on adderall russia hands the same kid this, safe from age 3 what i run it for: > supplier calls when my head won't settle > long admin blocks i keep getting up from > the days anxiety gets between me and the work 250-500mg a day it's gentle, you can run it in stretches russian pharma-grade only t33

If you’re doing serious cognitive output and only thinking about the “focus” side, you’re missing half the equation. The nervous system regulation matters just as much as the stimulation. This stack handles both.

Practical side: both intranasal, both kick in within 15-30 min, common doses run Semax 300-600mcg and Selank 250-750mcg. Worth saying the human data here is mostly Russian clinical and preclinical work — the mechanism is well characterized, the large-scale Western RCT base isn’t there yet. Don’t pretend otherwise.

That’s the actual logic of the stack. Semax pushes cognitive output and drive. Selank keeps your nervous system from overshooting into that jittery hyperfocus state. What you’re left with is calm, sustained attention — which is what a real work block requires, not a 45 minute stimulant spike.

It also slows enkephalin breakdown, which extends your body’s own natural calming/stress-buffering signal. And separately from the GABA effect, Selank independently upregulates hippocampal BDNF too — so you’re not just adding calm, you’re stacking neurotrophic support from two different mechanisms.

Selank fixes that. It’s Semax’s sister compound out of the same Russian program, but it works through GABA-A positive allosteric modulation instead. Clinically it’s been compared to benzo-level anxiolysis without the sedation, tolerance, or dependence curve.

I love using semax and selank on a near daily basis. Together they become one of the best nootropic stacks for deep working periods, drive, and clarity. 🧵
