@saraceciliamtz I can’t stand sidehole guides. If I’m about to cause a patient to VF because my guide is too deep seated in the left main or RCA, I want to know that as soon as possible. I find sidehole guides are just false reassurance and a way to avoid having the control room alert you. 👎🏻
