@TheKiranHill @ComicDaveSmith Voting for Trump because Biden was "immoral and fake" is a take that should cause self reflection. Trump has been, literally, the most brazenly corrupt and dishonest political figure basically in American history. No principles, no accountability, no loyalty, no integrity

Obviously this administration has already destroyed the coalition that won Trump the popular vote and every swing state in 2024, but just imagine (and I don’t think this will happen) that they put up zero deep state arrests, covered up the Epstein scandal and launched a war for Israel against Iran, AND then prosecuted Tucker Carlson for trying to get Trump to keep his campaign promises. If you wanted to destroy this country, this would be the best course of action.

USDC supply has surged ~$3B+ in early March 2026 (from ~$77.2B on Mar 8 to ~$79.8B now, per Arkham/DefiLlama/CoinMarketCap data), confirming the recent jump amid strong demand. Dubai OTC reports match: local sources note crowded desks for USDC buys, slower bank wires above 6 figures, and shift to on-chain due to geopolitical tensions. This aligns with broader stablecoin trends. Fact-checked and accurate.

DUBAI STABLECOIN DEMAND IS GOING PARABOLIC I’m in Dubai. What I’m seeing this week is insane. OTC desks are flooded with people asking for $USDC. Bank wires are getting slower, tighter, and harder above six figures. So money is moving on-chain instead. USDC supply just jumped +$3B in 10 days. This is the BIGGEST underpriced catalyst in crypto right now. Most people STILL have not understood what this means.

@tombos21 The best hand class to conceptualize the first point is a low showdown value combo draw. We're not trying to get a worse hand to call, we might have six high. We are betting to build the pot for when we hit, Plus maximizing equity denial

@tombos21 Janda's framing feels more complete. We don't bet to make worse hands call, we bet to make the pot bigger in case we win. And any fold we force is a form of equity denial, including this one. Think you just described a subset of equity denial, not a separate category

Most people believe you bet in poker to make worse hands call or deny equity. But I think this framework is incomplete. Broadly speaking, there are sources of EV that have less to do with hand strength and more to do with control. For example, you bet with a medium hand to fold out trash that would have bluffed you off the hand later.

@trouble_man90 Because they were going to nominate a republican like Merrick Garland. Some people viewed it as corporate power versus people power. Clinton was simply more corporate power. Might not be strategic, but neither was their decision to shit on her base pursuing "moderates"

If I were a leftist, my thought process in 2016 would’ve been: “Hillary is not my ideal candidate, but if we secure a liberal majority on the Supreme Court now, that could be useful for a further left candidate in 2020 or 2024” Can a leftist tell why this wasn’t their mindset?

So, if the GOP gets wiped out in the midterms, what do you think Trump will say? A: "Well, we have to do better. Maybe we need to tweak some things to come back and win in two years" B: "Fraud! Cheating! It can't stand and it won't! This is a scam and we won't tolerate it!"?

The year is 2026. Crypto has fallen 50% since Trump has taken office. He cancelled deportations because Democratic Governors nicely asked him to. Tim Walz isn’t arrested. Billie Eilish says F ICE at the Grammys. A dude in a dress is about to perform at the Super Bowl. Your job is about to be replaced by AI. Nobody in the Epstein files had any accountability. You have to pay $27 for a Chipotle slop bowl (Guac is extra.) You mentioned to your girlfriend once that you were slightly tired and now she has a generational ick. RAM costs $20,000 a stick. @HighWorldRings @tombos21 You are confusing equity with expected value. Equity is simply the hands probability of winning at showdown If you think you can outplay your opponent's post, sure you could be sacrificing EV. But going all in does maximize EQR. You can maximize eqr on a losing bet

The fact that people think the US government fumbled when it came to crypto and agree with @IOHK_Charles is in my opinion a false statement . Who fumbled was the entire crypto community who indeed started launching meme coins like crazy if you really take a pen and paper last Bull run had 21k crypto assets globally to choose from with a 3.3 trillion market cap in 2021 people made lots of money here we are 2025 18 months since the having over 30 million cryptos 27 million alone on Solana stable coins and if you do the math no matter what you're holding the money is spread too thin and everyone is expecting 2021 moves it's not going to happen the math isn't mathing so who did wrong was entire crypto community the ones who launched meme coins think about that am I wrong?

I’ll share a small part of pickle.com Back in med school, I became obsessed with augmenting memory and dreamed of a Notion or Obsidian that completes itself. Today, we’ve built something close. My self-awareness is sharper and everything feels connected. I genuinely believe AI does not replace humans. It amplifies us. Huge respect to our engineers and designers who made this crazy thing real. Bubbles are the episodic units of my life that the system interprets from my raw data. Clouds are the system’s questions, its hypotheses about who I am. When I answer a cloud, it becomes a bubble again. There is so much personal data that I cannot fully demo it. Wish I could. This system understands me more deeply than anyone. Want to try it? Retweet and comment “memory.” I’ll DM you an access code to skip the waitlist.

@mogmachine @TheAssaschan @vidaio_ @hippius_subnet Had similar thoughts reading this mog, I get trying to stabilize the token but burning the token feels a little bit like value destruction. Was it considered to lock up this alpha in the hippius chain helping boost returns along with the miner lockup?

"this is not a fixed approach, it will evolve reactively to how the subnet evolves" - This is what this leads to, ..but the update needed and stemming of wastage needed to be pushed before the bridge has been publicly deployed. I am glad you see and support this treasury lock up aspect though ...it is where our thoughts lead but always good to gauge public opinion first.

Yesterday was @vidaio_ and today it is the turn of @hippius_subnet to become a more efficient network as it evolves to from broad emissions to precision-based payouts that reflect real contribution, not just participation. Read all about it here: community.hippius.com/t/pivoting-to-… @const_reborn and @fish_datura were very right on this one and whilst it takes a slightly different approach for each subnet, if you cannot eliminate waste and assign tangible value to your commodity, then whilst you can still exist on #Bittensor, the network, investors and stakeholders will not give you disproportional support indefinitely. Additionally, with @hippius_subnet this is not a fixed approach, it will evolve reactively to how the subnet evolves and this is just the start of the new value attribution economy on #SN75

I'll bite on this because the X algo is feedings me this stuff. The new elected mayor of New York is a socialist that does not believe in private property. Without private property, everything collapses in society because incentives break. Peter Thiel already explained it perfectly. Capitalism does not work if people have no stake in it. High debt and unaffordable housing leads to such mindsets about private property. Bitcoin is the ultimate representation of private property. Nobody can take it away from you, even if they tried. That makes it extremely valuable. Once those that legislate and enforce the use of violence (aka the state) decide private property is bad, people will no longer have an incentive to be productive or accumulate wealth since it can be taken away arbitrarily. Without the accumulation of capital/wealth, society cannot prosper and become (or stay) civilized. Having strong property rights is a must to keep society at a baseline of prosperity. The results of this election in New York (one of the most capitalist places on Earth) exposes the corruption within the US which has allowed someone like this to win on a platform where private property is attacked. I am sure the US has plenty of checks and balances to keep this new mayor at bay from implementing Marxist ideas. The only way communism may work is if there is free energy. Until we fix that problem, it will never work because we live in an economy with limited resources. The best allocator of limited resources is a free market with strong property rights. Here, the Fed and its fiat money is an anomaly because it is a centralized system distorting the hidden hand of the free market by allocating capital in the wrong places. This miss-allocation of capital printed from thin air by a small cabal of powerful people is what creates the business cycles. The pump and dumps. Bitcoin has made the Fed and fiat system obsolete, but power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. The Fed and their friends from BIS in Switzerland will never allow Bitcoin to uplift society into higher levels of prosperity since they would lose control of the printer that allows them to allocate value as they please in society. They do this by diluting (stealing) value from holders of fiat money whenever they print more USD into the economy and direct it at their discretion causing inflation. That's how communism works, ironically. Money like USD or Bitcoin are just another form of stored energy. When energy is plenty and costs nothing, there is no requirement for money. Bitcoin will not survive if we find free energy, nor will the USD or the state that issues it. Until we reach such levels of prosperity, people like mayor Zohran Mamdani should read "Economics in One Lesson" by Henry Hazlitt from 1946. Maybe he will realize why capitalism and private property are essential to prosperity before talking nonsense. I hope this was educative and stimulating while we take a break from the charts. Like, share, and follow @duonine
