@kjmac215 Absolutely. There is also definitely more work to be done on whether there could be more cases where homecare would be appropriate - its a balancing act of risk

@DrTomJackson May well be part of the data set for this - sadly never eligible for the home care option during the study period but hope it will lead to less time in hospital for other children.

Just added the patient to the ward handover list to avoid them being forgotten

We discovered the AUS rule during revision of our F&N guidelines and want to implement but having trouble figuring out weekend coverage for follow-up.
