HoLEP after failed Optilume for BPH. The patient had multiple admissions and blood transfusions for intractable bleeding. Prostate was 54 cc preop. 33 grams removed along with 500 cc of clot from the bladder using the morcellator.

But do you feel there is still a bit more char compared to Holmium? From haemostasis I agree this is much better than Holmium.
