@JohnnyboySP @spacebruce My LG C1 (TV) has <5ms of lag as well. Just have to get really specific TVs. Most are crap like you said.

@spacebruce Monitors can at least get a ~1-5 ms response time which is typically less than a frame anyway but TVs are abysmal. I don't do any gaming on HD TVs because it's not a pleasant experience.

Been thinking about this, the further you get and the more layers you add, the longer it takes for a press to reach the screen. The Atari 2600/VCS is capable of less than(!) 1 frame of lag, most consoles afterwards settle for 2-4 as the norm.
