@lucypgeridoc Usually a nudge and some simple guidance is all that is needed. On several occasions it has given a focus and purpose which has been nice 🙂

@Dr_PeterFoley That’s sad but good if can be helped back on track. I think some places used to do cooking lessons for widowers but maybe now assumption is that they can, just need nudging to?

We don’t test vit c levels but I’ve treated lots of people for scurvy over the years esp older chaps, widowed, who haven’t eaten greens since. Lots of dental decay/muscle weakness/ bruising and corkscrew hairs..Commoner than we think? 😔
