Hello @amazonIN On May 2, I placed an order for a Galaxy Buds 2 Pro at my workplace, and same day I travelled back to my hometown. I returned today to discover that the product I received is entirely phoney; I had bought a white item and was delivered a black one, which was also a bogus item. Since today is the last day of my return window, I am anticipating a prompt response.

I purchased a Samsung S21 FE from the @Flipkart it was delivered on 4 May. After using it, I noticed that camera crashes on multiple occasions. I visited the @SamsungIndia service centre to get it fixed. They did the s/w update, but it didn’t work. I visited them again (1/n)
