trump is raising prices on Americans, again, by jacking up tariffs by 50% on Canadian goods brought by Americans. Democrats will flip the House. And on Day 1 of next term, Democrats will introduce legislation to repeal trump’s disastrous tariffs. And we will pass it.

Canadians don't seem to get it.
It's simple. US tariffs make our products non-competitive with American equivalents, so Americans buy their own goods, which means our manufacturers loose out on the revenue they would otherwise gain from a shared market.
We loose. America wins.

The US could make Canada put US dairy on our shelves and make the provinces put US booze back but Canadians will not buy it.
Most Canadians have been against US dairy even before the 51st state bull and forcing us to stock US dairy and booze will only make us boycott it harder.
Canadians are petty and you will not make us buy your products. Especially not fresh produce that could give us exploding diarrhea.

@ThePinkDalek @alleria_eh Lmao . Same! I do a bunch of my shopping on Amazon for essential oils, coffee etc. If you have prime it's free shipping. I can buy many things there that ship from the East Coast other countries cheaper than what's on my store shelves in Alaska 🤷

@DragonflyQTPI @alleria_eh You know what is sad? My favorite coffee, screen cleaner, essential oils, content creators, and God only knows what else all Canadian. I purposely went out of my way to continue patronizing these brands. Now if I see a Canadian flag, I put it back on the shelf.
