Toriyama “admitted” that in an interview well over a decade after Dragon Ball’s serialization ended.

Tiny looking game with 90% reused assets from Splatoon 3.
First Impression: Splatoon Raiders ain't it.

When I met Troy Baker, I said I LOVED his take on Two-Face in the Arkham games, and I wanted to play Arkham Shadow but I didn’t have a Quest 3. Troy said “don’t waste your money” and insisted I watch a YouTube playthrough because he said it was his best performance yet (it was).

It seems the brand loyalists continue to prove their severe illiteracy to defend the new product. People have been defending the new designs claiming it’s meant to emulate the original SNES puppets. These tourists are blatantly wrong, they only say that because they were realistic in materials. There were real puppets to take pictures of. What these intellectually dishonest people don’t admit is that the puppets still are designed based on the stylized anthropomorphic designs that Imamura created. They barely have realistic animalistic features beyond their heads. They aren’t puppets designed to match designs straight out of Ubisoft’s Beyond Good and Evil like the new designs are.
It’s clear the tourists using this argument weren’t even alive back then to know what these puppets looked like by heart. 😮💨
The gameplay does look great though, I’ll give them that.
