DMK के 22 सांसदों के समर्थन से राह और आसान हो जाएगी. NDA 298 TMC के बागी 20 UBT के बागी 06 NCP SP 08 ये आँकड़ा 332 तक जाता है. DMK के 22 आने से 354 होता है. बाक़ी पार्टियों पर भी NDA की नज़र है. हर हाल में मानसून सत्र में बिल पास कराना चाहती है सरकार. ऐसा होने पर लोकसभा चुनाव 2029 में 800 से ज़्यादा सीटों पर हो सकता है.

Location:सूरत, गुजरात "क़ायदे में रहोगे तो फ़ायदे में रहोगे” गुजरात के गृहमंत्री का यह पेटर्न डायलॉग सिर्फ़ जनता के लिए है या क़ानून को ताक़ पर रखनेवाले पुलिस अधिकारियों के लिए भी है? या फिर गुजरात में पुलिस को क़ानून हाथ में लेनी की ख़ास छूट दी गई है? क्या कानून सिर्फ आरोपियों के लिए है, कानून लागू करने वाले पुलिस अधिकारियों के लिए कोई क़ानून नहीं है? कुछ ही दिन पहले गुजरात के @dgpgujarat ने जनता के हित में अपील करते हुए गुजरात राज्य के सभी पुलिसवालों को सख्त हिदायत देते हुए अपने सीरियल नंबर G-1/क्राइम/Te-2/HKP/हा.कोर्ट-47/421/2026 (तारीख 12/5/2026) के सर्कुलर को जारी कर कहा था की किसी भी आरोपी का जुलूस ना निकाला जाए और किसी भी आरोपी को सार्वजनिक जगहों पर पीटा ना जाए! लेकिन ऐसा लगता है की सूरत सिटी पुलिस SOG DCP श्री राजदीपसिंह नकुम क़ानून और DGP से भी ऊपर हैं! इस तरह के अधिकारी पूरे पुलिस मोहकमे की इज़्ज़त तार-तार कर रहे हैं। वरना मैंने ऐसे कई पुलिस अधिकारी देखे हैं जो किसी भी हाल में क़ानून के दायरे से बाहर नहीं जाते हैं और अपनी गरिमा भी हमेशा बनाए रखते हैं। शायद पुलिसवाले भूल जाते हैं कि उन्हें भी एक दिन ईश्वर के पास जाकर अपने कर्मों का हिसाब देना है! Note:मैं किसी भी आरोपी का समर्थन नहीं करता हूँ लेकिन हर आरोपी के भी अपने संवैधानिक अधिकार हैं, आरोपी को सज़ा क़ानून के तहत ही दी जानी चाहिए।

दिल्ली में आम आदमी पार्टी के पूर्व पार्षद ताहिर हुसैन को आईबी के अधिकारी अंकित शर्मा के मर्डर केस में दोषी करार दिया गया है. इस केस में कड़कड़डूमा कोर्ट ने कुल पांच लोगों को दोषी करार दिया है। वहीं 6 आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया है। कोर्ट ने 302, 165, 188,153A, 147, 148 सेक्शन के तहत सभी 5 लोगों को दोषी को ठहराया है.दिल्ली में 2020 में हुए दंगों के दौरान अंकित शर्मा मारे गए थे. इस मामले में ताहिर हुसैन समेत 11 लोग आरोपी बनाए गए थे। यह वाकया 25 फरवरी 2020 का है, जब अंकित शर्मा ऑफिस से घर आए थे. किसी काम से वह फिर निकले तो वापस घर नहीं लौटे थे. इसके बाद परिवार ने उनकी तलाश की तो उनका शव चांद बाग पुलिया इलाके में स्थित मस्जिद के पास एक नाले से मिला था..!
