A common question people asked within the @HamptonFounders community: "Does anyone have a agency they love that does X?" So little transparency and reviews for different agencies. Hard to know if someone's great until you use them, which may be a painful experience.

I HIGHLY recommend everyone watch the first episode of Brain Child on @netflix It's about social media bullying. There are two rooms of kids. Both rooms watch a video of a girl singing for an audition tape. She's not *great* Room 1 is asked to give feedback that will be kept anonymous. Room 2 is asked to give feedback to her directly. After they have written the feedback.....the singer enters Room 1.....and the kids are asked to read their feedback. The kids thought it was anonymous!! They had said horrible things!! Many changed the wording of what they wrote when they said it to her face. Room 2's feedback was way less critical and offensive. TL;DR most people would NEVER say the things they say to you online, to your face.

@HarryStebbings It’s tough to make the math work even at $40k ACVs if your setup is for true enterprise deals.

One of the biggest mistakes I see SaaS companies make today: They layer $5-10K ACVs on traditional enterprise cost structure service (AEs, BDRs, CSMs etc etc). This fundamentally does not work.

@jappleby Good on you for doing that. Speaking as someone a bit older (44), I can say that the big life elements tend to present themselves more frequently with time. I’ve only recently accepted it as default. Hence I’m a proponent of keeping therapy always-on.

I've got a lottt of big life happening in the coming months—pretty major family issues, people coming in & out of my life, decisions on dating, living as a creator, & really making my work sing. So, I'm proactively putting myself back in weekly therapy for structure's sake.
