@ParanormalJunk2 At the London university where I work there is now training on ChatGPT to help us write up meeting minutes but I’m resistant to even that. I’ll carry on writing them in my own awesome, oldschool style.

I feel like I don’t use AI deliberately at all, but maybe I being naive? Where might I be coming across it? I don’t use grammerly or the AI suggestions on google, I have it turned off on copilot and I think I avoid it in Canva?

Do you ever think about all the new movies you're never going to see after you die? Like they'll be announcing and releasing all this wild cool shit and everyone will be talking about it online and you'll just be dead and have no idea about any of it. I think about this a lot.

@ParanormalJunk2 Yeah, and I sometimes feel, when I have periods where I’m too tired to write, that my characters are sitting there, sighing impatiently as they want me to tell their story to the world and become real to more people than just me.

I think that, as a writer, you know if your stories come from the Imaginal Realm, because these are the stories and characters that take on lives of their own and you’re just writing down what you’re told to say 🔮✨🪄

@ParanormalJunk2 So many badly written and often incorrect AI articles on Facebook these days. It’s like a doddery, drunken old man sitting in the corner of a pub and rambling to himself as he half remembers his youth.

Noticed your feed full of words that sound the same? Clipped sentences? Odd juxtopositions of thoughts? It's AI. Thats what you're sensing. It’s not just automation, it’s the erosion of human creativity. The crazy thing is we’re handing it over faster than we understand it.
