
We live in a country where people have to beg for access to their own money. Deeply disappointed and the shocking negligence by @TheOfficialSBI
For the last around 15 days, I’ve been running from branch to branch just to get information about funds received by the bank but never credited to my account. The branch has been indifferent, unhelpful, and dismissive. Complaints filed with SBI customer service have been ignored without response.
Is this the integrity customers trust? Is this how a public bank treats its long-time users?
Shameful service. Absolute harassment for a customer asking for their own money.
Need immediate action.
