You cannot beat @VirginAtlantic customer service. Wait times are understandably crazy but the lovely Claire helped me with my query in an instant. Pandemic or no pandemic, what you get with Virgin is consistency and it makes all the difference 👏🏼 ✈️ 👠

@British_Airways the UK does not recognise the mexico vaccine certificate so I would need too self isolate I’m due to travel cancun to Gatwick at weekend but Is not worth to travel if I need too self isolate what’s the options
