following up on my @ouinex post earlier this is probably the easiest way to earn some clean airdrop rewards right now: they’re running a trading event with a $20,000 pool where you trade strictly with virtual funds so you’re getting all the benefits of their deep liquidity and cheap multi-asset trading without risking a single dollar of your own capital if you use my invite link to register, it instantly unlocks a "Golden Ticket" for free entry into the reward arena literally free entry to test out the platform and stack some rewards before the TGE start here: go.ouinex.com/CALEB_

just came across @ouinex and I actually like what I see they raised $9M that is entirely funded by retail users, no VCs involved (so no dumping after TGE) plus, there's an ongoing airdrop where you get rewarded for testing things out and being active it’s basically a platform where you can trade stocks and crypto in one place i'm locked in, let's see where this goes :)

I've been 5 years on CT and I want to say something to creators who feel like they keep getting left out. You hand-type a long DM to a project you actually care about. You share real thoughts, real experience, real sincerity. You get left on read. The KOL you've been engaging with for months ghosts you. The agency doesn't reply. The exclusive Discord never opens to you. You start to wonder what's wrong with you. Here's what I've learned: a lot of the time, it isn't about your work. People in this space talk about people. Opinions form about you before anyone has ever spoken to you. Someone you've never met decides they don't like you because of something someone else said. That's not a content quality problem. That's a human problem, and it exists in every industry, but web3 is small enough that it feels personal. I've been on both sides of this. People have come to me and badmouthed someone I'd never even spoken to, just seen on the timeline. And I noticed myself absorbing it. Building quiet prejudice about a person I had zero direct experience with. I caught myself and tried to correct, look at things logically, but the fact that it happened at all tells you how easy it is. If I can fall into that, so can the projects and circles you're trying to reach. It's not always personal. It's not always fair. It's just people being people. So what do you do with that. You stop trying to be accepted and you start being undeniable. For five years I've collected rejections, ghostings, left-on-reads. The thing that actually changed my situation wasn't networking harder or sending better DMs. It was doubling down on the work. Polishing the work. Making the work so good that even people who didn't like me would look at it and think, "we should be working with her." And I can tell you this because it happened. People who ghosted me a year ago, two years ago, came back. Wanted to collab. Wanted to talk. Because I built something they couldn't pretend not to see. And now I'm the one deciding if the opportunity fits, if the value is there, if I want it. So if you're going thru these struggles, stop feeling bad about being left out of rooms you shouldn't have to argue your way into. Put that energy into your work instead. The goal is to become impossible to ignore.

@0xarslan Despite the how AI keeps getting better every day There's still a huge need for that human touch and feel rather than just delegate everything to AI

Unpopular opinion: junior roles in tech are getting compressed faster than anyone wants to admit > entry level coding jobs: replaced by claude code + cursor > junior designers: replaced by claude design + figma AI > junior marketers: replaced by AI automated campaigns > junior researchers: replaced by perplexity + deep research and AI doesn't ask for healthcare, doesn't take PTO, doesn't have a learning curve if you're a junior in any of these fields, the only path forward is stop competing with AI on the things AI is good at start competing on the things AI can't do yet: > judgment under ambiguity > building trust with humans > deciding what *not* to do > dealing with messy problems longer more these aren't soft skills they're survival skills People who realize this in 2026 become indispensable by 2028

Captain Scarlet 🩸@CAPTA1NSCARLET

You want a web3 job. But that means checking 20 different sites every day, for jobs that don't even fit you so we built @stackdailyxyz job bot > Choose specialty > Personalised jobs sent daily > One-click apply You must be a stack member to use it 👇 t.me/stackdailyjobs…
