You should be able to look up a lawyer's LSAT score, what their actual bar exam score was, and if they required any special accommodations for both. And if they don't like it? Don't become a lawyer.
They have the fate of people's lives and/or property in their hands.

@John_Lawlz @BarExamTutor The sad thing is so many people on the right (especially non-legal minds) interpret that as her being “stupid.” You can really tell who has no familiarity with the law and appellate advocacy when arguments start with “she is always confused.”

@BarExamTutor She does this thing in oral arguments where she says "I'm confused about x" or "help me understand y," which is just a polite way to push back on advocates.
People who already don't like her think she's actually confused about the issue.

Jackson seems to me exceptionally intelligent. And not because I sometimes (though not always) agree with her legal opinions. Alito seems to me very bright, as does Thomas. And I rarely agree with them.
My point: a justice isn’t unintelligent just because she rules in a way you wouldn’t rule.

I don’t think KBJ is an exceptionally strong Justice but she is qualified and is 10,000x more capable than you. @ComfortablySmug This is such a disingenuous point. If you knew anything about oral arguments, the whole point of a judge or justice asking a question is because they’re skeptical or have questions. Otherwise, they would not hear cases. Other justices literally say the same thing.

Term updates: TE Julian Hill (formerly Dolphins) agreed to a 3-year deal with Patriots, while S Mike Brown (formerly of Titans) agreed to a 1-year deal. Both were not tendered as restricted FAs. Hill, whose toughness was valued by former coach Mike McDaniel, now slots as TE2.
