Sex, gore, profanity, they can handle. But someone doing something truly ugly in a moment of weakness, like in this case? Unfathomable.

It's just shows that people genuinely can't handle mature topics. Debbie is in no way framed in the right here, but any adult would know she's troubled, in pain and trying to rationalize the situation. It's a very human reaction because it's imperfect and real.

@MrOvis_ @LookAtMyMeat1 Prop hunt is a low investment mini-game. It's short and basic.
Its simplicity saves it from DBD's pitfall. Hunters don't get to do exceptionally cool shit, their gameplay is about as simple as the props'.
It's hard to be a salty bitch when there are so few moving parts involved.

I mean, if you've ever seen people play Prop Hunt, it's basically the same concept, but somehow Prop Hunt remains very popular.
I think it's mostly time. Prop Hunt rounds generally only last 5 mins and it's totally random on who gets to hunt. Also, the zombies aspect that you generally become a hunter when you die as a prop, so you're never really bored. You're either:
-Playing as the hunter which is inherently exciting
-Playing as a prop and found relatively quick, which lets you play as the hunter
-Playing as one of the few remaining props and enjoying the tension of the hunters narrowing in on your location

I think there are ways you can argue it is for the time and what tropes it was using, like the fact it really made NERV feel like the bad guys at times when often defense force teams or orgs like that are often good, that said shit like Shinji NOT wanting to be a pilot...

Federation is deeply corrupt, callous, and to a certain extent a tyrannical government body.
It was touched upon even in 0078. And Zeta-Double Zeta ramped it up to 11.

@DropkickDreamer @Exalted_Speed Some of this is because the fans started running the asylum, people who liked Zeon because they looked cool and had great uniforms etc got control of the shows and started making shows like Unicorn which is a retcon "Zeon was right all along"
