Yes this is 175% true. Father of 3, married 20+ years and if I don’t get in the gym in the AM forget it. Best I can hope for is some walking. Maybe. Sadist in me looks forward to summer break because now I can get in earlier since I don’t have to get kids ready for school. Once you get hooked on morning workouts you never go back.

Gonna keep banging home this point: If you work a 9-5, you’ve got a spouse, you’ve got kids, etc. Building the gym into your AM (pre work) schedule may be the ONLY WAY to raise your adherence to where it needs to be to drive meaningful/sustainable results Better to just accept this and act accordingly than it is to fight it for years and years to the tune of little-no progress
