This behavior is the most mindless, obscene, and offensive culture allowed in the US. Why do we allow this abhorrent behavior to continue? This conduct is precisely why ghettos exist. Nobody wants to live near this behavior, including blacks. These people show a lack of control, compassion, emotional intelligence, and humanity. Their first thought is to hit or shoot someone instead of just walking away. Everyone has had it and is fatigued with this culture!
