When a road gets resurfaced with new asphalt but the operator doesn't make any improvements to eliminate danger to cyclists on it

@CyclingInASkirt I think it would work with the addition of red asphalt surfacing as the lane would be much more obvious!

@drmatthewhardy @RantyHighwayman @cycleoptic @London_Cycling Yes that's how they do in the NL and that is what advisory cycle lanes are made for 😀 Giving priority to cyclists even on narrow streets and allowing vehicles to drive on them to cross each other. Share as much as possible! 🙏
