One day, I’ll dedicate a whole week exposing how private clinics are fleecing patients and jeopardising their health, all the while breaking the TRUST between them and their patients ( who they love to call clients.)
Until then, please, whatever a private hospital/clinic tells you, especially if it involves surgery or any procedure, SEEK for a SECOND OPINION ELSEWHERE! Preferably in a PUBLIC HOSPITAL.

On behalf of their client, Zara Sultana, Bindmans Media and Information Law Practise Group requires that I publish the following statement on X, and that such statement must be clearly visible and pinned to my
profile for a continuous period of no less than 24 hours:
“On 30 March 2026, I published a post on my X account addressed to Zarah Sultana in which I stated that she encourages and incites violence and is friends with terrorists.
Those statements are false. I was wrong and offer my sincere apologies to Ms Sultana for the harm and distress caused to her.”
It is my very great pleasure to do this, and I reiterate my sincere and repeated offer to meet with Miss Zara Sultana in person to resolve our differences.

“One of the people I employed in the Federal Service has a total annual package of 88 million Naira”
Wallahi, wallahi, wallahi this is very wrong regardless of how you feel about this man. Just listen to how dismissive he is on securing corporate jobs, which by the way should be what he did. But No! He is out there bragging about racketeering PUBLIC jobs and giving it to his relatives and village people.
This will never be right. No morally correct person would go on National TV to say such things. None of these jobs were advertised or competitively secured. Majority of the people are not even qualified for those jobs. Just listen to him ffs. Wai “the people I employed” Common!
You can’t betray the trust in your public appointment as head of an MDA by shortchanging hard working Nigerians and still have the moral decadence to brag about it. This I honestly cant fathom. It’s either you do it and keep shut, or you don’t do it at all.

“Lazy” mornings in children usually begin the night before.
Many parents think the problem starts when they cannot wake their child up for school. In reality, morning struggles are often a reflection of sleep quality, overstimulation, stress, poor routines, and even what happened at dinner time.
A child’s brain is not a machine you switch on at 6am.
Some children wake up cheerful and alert because their nervous system is well-rested and regulated. Others wake up irritable, exhausted, emotional, or slow because their body never truly settled into restorative sleep.
Here are things parents often overlook:
1. Sleep timing matters more than people think. An overtired child does not always “crash.” Sometimes they become hyperactive, emotional, restless, or resistant at bedtime. Consistent sleep schedules help regulate the body clock.
2. Dinner affects sleep.
Heavy, sugary, highly processed meals close to bedtime can disrupt sleep quality. Children sleep better when dinner is balanced and eaten early enough for digestion before bed.
3. The nervous system needs a “landing period.” Many children go from bright screens, loud cartoons, rough play, or homework stress straight into bed. The brain needs transition time. Quiet play, dim lights, reading, warm baths, or soft conversations help signal safety and rest.
4. Bedrooms matter psychologically. Too much noise, heat, bright lights, uncomfortable bedding, or overstimulating environments can affect sleep without parents realizing it.
5. Mornings are emotional too. Some children are not fighting sleep; they are fighting anxiety about school, social stress, pressure, bullying, separation, or fear of failure. Morning resistance can sometimes be emotional exhaustion disguised as “stubbornness.”
6. Children borrow regulation from adults. A chaotic, shouting-filled morning dysregulates children further. Calm structure works better than panic.
The goal is not just to “make children sleep early.”
The goal is to help the child’s brain and body feel safe enough to rest deeply.
A well-rested child learns better, regulates emotions better, remembers more, and starts the day with less stress on their nervous system.

WHEN COMPANIES RUN THE COURTS is out today. It tells how the Supreme Court created a shadow justice system where companies pay judges, and where people almost always lose.
You are a part of this system. Get the book and find out how to escape: shorturl.at/D0KZ0
