The Zimbabwe Republic Police has busted a drug peddling syndicate comprising 11 suspects, including both men and women, who were arrested while allegedly trafficking approximately 200 kilogrammes of dagga and other illicit substances. The suspects were intercepted while travelling from Beitbridge, with the contraband cleverly packaged in a manner meant to resemble blankets in order to evade detection. During the operation, police also confiscated unregistered medicines found in the suspects’ possession. The Zimbabwe Republic Police reiterates that there is no going back in the fight against drug trafficking and substance abuse, and warns that all individuals involved in the illegal production, transportation and distribution of drugs will be arrested and brought before the courts.

Honestly, I respect when someone circles back and owns their words. Not everyone does that. If she understands why what she said was wrong and is intentional about moving differently, that’s growth. With such a major festival coming up, it’s better to step into it with clarity than controversy hanging over her.
