$AGC which is now Grab got a 4 billion dollar pipe for their deal. the trust of the spac was around half a billion. Grab valuation was 40 billion. nobody knows what Onlyfans valuation will be at all (4 billion? 8? 10? 12?) but I'm not worried about $UTAA trust size at all.
