@CryptoPaul85 I do, I called the breakdown using this pattern and best project? Best projects dont see 97% drawdowns. Patterns are psychology and psychology doesnt care if its a microcap. I'll revist this post in a week or two.

@DaanCrypto Very true, break even rates: 1:1.5 R:R = 40% Win Rate; 1:2 R:R = 33% Win Rate; 1:3 R:R = 25% Win Rate.

High probability doesn’t mean high reward. Some “safe” trades offer poor returns. Always measure the risk you're taking vs the potential target/reward you're getting. Combine that with the probability you give the trade of succeeding and you've done most of the hard work already.

Dont look at the short term, especially if youre an investor. Dilution helps bring in big institutional investors to secure funding. Theyve already pre-sold roughly 91% of future planned production. Brazil potash is 98% imported. Brazil would like 20% domestically for self reliance. Theyve already secured zoning and tribal permissions which can otherwise delay projects for years. River transport is much cheaper than by sea or rail. If all goes well they'll be operational 12-18 months from now. The recent drop is due to selling below market price to entice institutions with value.

Bezos claims a salary of 80k. Amazon paid 5% 2017-2021 while the corporate tax rate was 25% because of R&D and asset depreciation credits. So who makes up for that? Then there is the hidden tax, inflation. Look up who benefits from inflation and who doesnt. Next there are the taxes that get passed on to the consumer. This chart doesnt show the big picture.

This is the federal income tax play all over again. It started in 1913 as a “class tax” on the rich, hitting less than 1% of the population with a 1% rate above $3,000. It expanded during WWII into a mass tax on most workers through withholding, skyrocketing rates, base broadening, and bracket creep to fund wars and spending. The wealth tax will follow the same trajectory.

@PeterLBrandt When the macro is still in an uptrend, its still bullish until a successful bearish retest, otherwise, beware of fakeouts.

A textbook example of the H&S failure is $NVDA. Here an 8-month H&S top was completed briefly on Mar 30 with NO follow through. This was the first point when a bear trap was detected. The target of a H&S failure is calculated by projecting the height of the H&S upwards from a right shoulder high. In this case we get a target of 236 or so. Targets are not sacred, so price could fall short of this level or blow through it to the upside.
