The difference is clear. When states cooperate with ICE, criminals are identified and removed, a system that has worked for decades.
When local governments refuse to assist, leaving ICE to fend for itself, chaos inevitably follows, as we've seen.

Charles, Renee Good disrupted an ICE investigation & hit a federal agent with her car trying to flee the scene… The other anti-ICE protestor was armed & resisted arrest.
Anti-ICE protestors need to “be adults”, stop disrupting federal agents/investigations, & go home.
