Why should John eat steak if Bill ate fish. Ewers and Manning are individuals making different decisions under different premises.

@SBN_Wescott So Manning has to wait 1 year (obviously) but Ewers cannot wait 1 year at OSU (clearly)...only one of these statements is logically correct. Both cant be. Why should Manning wait if Ewers could not? Which is it?

A lot of national writers are struggling with this, for some reason, but here's the plan at Texas -- Quinn Ewers wins the starting job this year, maintains it in 2023, and then leaves for the NFL. Arch Manning redshirts and then takes over in 24. Not sure why this is so difficult

@aasdanny Not as much buildup as today but it was a stunning achievement for Mack. We were ginned up but not like today with Manning. (We needed something good to happen, restores a sense of reasonable hope)

@slmandel I think those odds are very high that they will both be on the roster together. Otherwise Arch might be going elsewhere if he didn’t want to be developed and to follow a great peer QB. He wants to be coached by Milwee and Sark.
